The only way i ve found to fix the issue is to make my roof some ridiculously high pitch.
Make walls cut through roof plane revit.
Use one of the opening tools to cut a vertical or perpendicular opening in a roof floor or ceiling for example to accommodate a chimney.
In the family category and parameters dialog select cut with voids when loaded and click ok.
Select the object to be cut.
Click modify tab geometry panel cut drop down cut geometry.
Load the family into the project and place it.
Then copy and paste the embed code into your own web page.
You can cut openings in the faces of these elements or you can select the entire element to make a vertical cut.
For example if you create a wall with a sloped top face when the top of the wall is 6 feet away from the bottom of the primary view range the wall is cut at the cut plane.
I attach my walls to my roof and they extend through on one side.
When the top of the wall is less than 6 feet the entire wall shows as projection even where it intersects the cut plane.

Though i know none of these should affect this i ve tried changing my wall height before attaching changing the top and base constraints room bounding on and off.
