For too many fms roofs are a prime example of out of sight out of mind but maintenance is vitally important if you want to keep the rest of your building in good shape.

Remove the shingle and use your pry bar to lift the shingle above it. Hold solder on the seam and heat with soldering iron so that it melts and runs under the patch. Scoop more cement on the new patch then begin spreading it out with a trowel. Cover the patch in a final layer of cement.
